Karate
Karate classes are scheduled on Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, providing students with a structured approach to self-defense, discipline, and physical fitness.
The training covers basic to advanced movements, katas (forms), sparring techniques, and strength-building exercises. Regular practice enhances flexibility, agility, endurance, and overall body coordination. Karate not only improves self-defense skills but also instills self-confidence, perseverance, and mental resilience. Students learn important values such as respect, self-control, and focus, which benefit them in academics and daily life.
The program offers opportunities for belt grading, certification, and participation in inter-school and state-level karate competitions. Special self-defense workshops are conducted to empower students with quick reflexes and situational awareness. Through consistent training, students develop a strong sense of discipline and a positive attitude toward challenges.
