Skating
Skating classes are conducted on Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, offering students an exciting way to improve balance, coordination, and speed control. Regular practice improves concentration, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, making it a great full-body workout.
The sessions cover basic to advanced techniques, including forward and backward skating, turns, jumps, and braking methods. Students develop agility, endurance, and muscle strength, enhancing their overall physical fitness and reflexes.
Skating also teaches discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship, helping students build self-confidence and a competitive spirit. Special focus is given to safety measures, including proper falling techniques and protective gear usage.
Students get opportunities to participate in school-level and inter-school competitions, fostering a sense of achievement and motivation. Advanced learners can explore speed skating and freestyle techniques, making the program both challenging and enjoyable.
